One of my dad’s favorite sayings while I was growing up was “you don’t have to be sick to get better.” The best part about this mantra is that, since you’re not starting off sick, you don’t have long to go before you’re at your very best.
As a brand and a dealership, Subaru is trying to make 2012 our best year ever. How do we know we’re on track to end on a fantastic note for the year? By finding out that this November saw better sales than any November that came before it.
At get paid to write an essay, we think that sounds pretty healthy. Our numbers are far from weak, with 28,206 unit sales for the month and 299,788 for the year – increases of 60 and 28 percent, respectively, over 2011. Right now, we’re only 222 vehicles shy of hitting 300,000 sales – a first for the brand.
But it didn’t take us long to get better. Subaru hit the big 300K milestone on Dec. 1. We’re thrilled to see this kind of progress, and we couldn’t imagine sharing the accomplishment with better patrons. Thank you for helping our brand to reach our highest height in record time.
How well did you do, exactly? Thanks to Ft. Myers drivers, the Outback, Impreza and Legacy models saw their best November sales ever. The redesigned Outback saw a 16-percent rise in sales over last year while the Legacy jumped 14 percent. The Subaru BRZ and XV Crosstrek models saw an increase in sales of 2,587 units, but the Impreza is the big story, with a 184-percent increase in annual sales over 2011.
We’re definitely not sick, but we know we can always do better. Care to join us?
