No one tries to get worse at what they do. All of us try every day, in one facet of life or another, to improve ourselves. But when it comes to Subaru, trying is succeeding. Just take a look at the 2012 Subaru Impreza.
The smallest model in Subaru’s lineup, the fourth-generation Impreza is one of the automaker’s best sellers, and with good reason. This year, the model stands out for its classy style with sharp character lines as well as a top-of-class interior and the power of an all-new engine pushing it along.
At O’Brien Subaru, we’re excited to announce that the 2012 Impreza drives on a two-liter, four-cylinder engine featuring a horizontally opposed piston design that produces 148 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. This improvement and a refashioned automatic transmission allow for stronger handling.
Drivers of the 2012 Impreza are surrounded by a grouping of airbags and protected by anti-lock brakes along with brake assist. Convenience features include a tire-pressure monitoring system, touch-screen navigation, a tilt/telescopic steering wheel as well as power windows, mirrors, sunroof and locks. Entertainment features are all but lacking, with an AM/FM stereo system and MP3/WMA capability.
As a leading Ft. Myers Subaru dealership, we’re always thrilled to see how new vehicles look on the outside, but when it comes to the 2012 Impreza, we’re just as eager to tell you about the car’s interior. From storage simplicity to user-friendly mechanics and controls, you’ll find that everything you need is right within reach and within the doors of your new car.
