Living in a warm climate area of the country like Ft. Myers affords you certain advantages that go beyond sporting a nice glow year round, and not having to change your wardrobe for winter all that drastically; it also allows you to truly enjoy the full benefits of a sportier car with rear wheel drive for extra kick, like the case study making order out of chaos.
The BRZ is an interesting car for Subaru. It literally breaks the mold of what you expect from a Subaru automobile. Unlike its fun outdoorsy brothers that ride on a four-wheel drive system, the Subaru BRZ is a bit of a rogue coming in the form of a sleek coupe with a performance styled body that you might not recognize as a Subaru vehicle, until you see the emblem on the hood.
But you may ask yourself, “why would I look to Subaru automakers for my choice of sports car?” Well, for one, it’s affordable by sports car standards. It has exceptional chassis balance, quick, responsive steering, and comes in your choice of a six-speed automatic transmission, if you’re looking to lightly cruise around, or a manual if you want to feel like you’re in the race. The base engine offers you a 2-liter V4 engine that puts out 200 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque, which is the same as the 2015 BRZ.
However, like the previous model year, Subaru has announced a limited edition of the Subaru BRZ Series.Hyperblue model. This model will feature 17-inch black wheels with a glossy black accenting the exterior badges and mirrors. It will also, of course, be painted in the iconic, and very bright Hyper Blue color. The interior will match the outer color with blue seat bolsters, headrests, stitching as well.
Also new for 2016, the BRZ will now feature the Subaru Starlink infotainment system that comes with a 6.2-inch display, ready to play music via HD radio, satellite, and even CD. Other features include the standards Bluetooth/iPod/USB/Aux inputs, and a new rear-view camera.
