Going into 2013, best website to write my research paper had a lot of plans and plenty to look forward to. Now that we’ve made it halfway through the year, we’re proud to say that 2013 has turned out to be even better than we expected, and as we look ahead to the remainder of the year, one thing we are not planning on doing is slowing down.
That’s because Subaru first-half sales have set a great foundation for the rest of the year, with the automaker achieving 204,597 vehicle sales to date. That puts the brand 25 percent above first-half 2012 sales and establishes a record-setting pace in terms of annual sales. In the month of June alone, Subaru made 39,235 vehicle sales, representing a 42-percent increase over the same month last year.
Last month also became the best June ever for the Subaru Forester and Subaru Outback. This Ft. Myers dealership was thrilled to see these models reach 10,170 unit sales (a 41-percent year-over-year increase) and 12,210 unit sales (a 32-percent increase), respectively. Our expectations for these models continues to grow as the 2014 Subaru Forester was named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) 2013 Top Safety Pick+ and currently holds the highest IIHS small SUV safety rating.
Fellow Subaru models Impreza WRX, Tribeca and Legacy also saw sales growth last month, increasing 49, 22 and 12 percent, respectively. The Subaru brand will continue to make big plans for its fleet of vehicles, already anticipating the launch of the manufacturer’s first-ever hybrid model later this year.
If you’d like to see for yourself why Subaru models are making such a strong impression on drivers everywhere, visit your Ft. Myers Subaru dealer for a test drive and get the second half of 2013 off to a great start with a new Subaru model!
